Fifteen days. That was the deadline RMAS gave us for a website that had to look, read and work like an enterprise firm's.
A consulting website with more than ten service areas usually takes weeks just to agree on the sitemap. RMAS didn't have weeks. They needed a digital presence that could sit comfortably next to much larger risk consulting firms, and they needed it inside half a month.
We completed the enterprise website development in 14 days. Every deliverable cleared client review on the first pass.
RMAS is a Mumbai-based risk and compliance consultancy that works with enterprise clients. One of its core offerings is Virtual CRO services. Virtual CRO services give organisations senior Chief Risk Officer leadership on demand, without the cost of a full-time hire.
That's a hard thing to sell online.
The buyer is usually a CFO, a compliance head or a promoter director, and they're judging credibility long before they fill in an enquiry form. A thin site or a cluttered service menu tells them the firm isn't ready for serious mandates. They won't say it. They'll just close the tab and call someone else.
So the website had one job above all others: Make a precision-led risk consultancy look exactly as precise as it is.
RMAS needed an enterprise website, a brand identity and 10+ service areas structured from scratch, all inside 15 days.
Each of those compliance-heavy service areas had to be explained clearly enough for a non-specialist decision maker to grasp the offer quickly. There was no existing brand system to build on, so the visual identity had to be created alongside the site.
Think about what that means in practice. Compliance content is dense. Service names overlap. Two compliance services can sound identical to a buyer who isn't a specialist, and if the menu blurs them together, the enquiry simply never happens.
Speed was only half the problem. The other half was structure.
The fastest way to build a dense consulting website is to fix its information architecture first. Information architecture is the order in which a site groups and presents its content. At BloomX, that's where we started with RMAS.
We organised the 10+ service areas into a clear hierarchy so each offering got its own space and its own purpose.
That produced a site of 15+ pages. Each page had a defined role: What the service covers, who it suits, why RMAS is qualified to deliver it, and where the visitor should go next.
The design ran on a 12-column responsive grid. Headings, service cards, calls to action and text blocks all snap to the same system, so a visitor moving between service pages never feels like they've wandered somewhere unfamiliar.
We built it mobile first and tested every layout across four breakpoints. Plenty of enterprise buyers first open a consultant's website on a phone between meetings. They came back on a laptop to read properly, and both visits had to feel equally considered.
Calls to action were placed with intent. Every service page led somewhere specific, so a CFO reading about Virtual CRO services never had to hunt for the next step.
Yes, brand identity and website can be built in the same engagement. RMAS had no visual system, so we built one inside the same 14 days.
The brand work covered a professional colour palette, clean typography and a custom iconography set, all tuned for a firm that sells trust. Muted, confident choices. Nothing loud. Risk consultants win business by sounding calm and exact, and the visual language had to say the same thing before a visitor reads a single word.
We then carried that identity beyond the website into communication collateral and exhibition materials. When the RMAS team sets up at an industry event, the stall, the brochures and the website all look like they came from one firm, because they did. A prospect who picks up a brochure in the morning and visits the site that evening sees the same brand twice, and recognition turns into confidence.
Yes, an enterprise website can be built in two weeks when structure and brand are settled before pages are designed.
Fast timelines usually break in one place: Approvals. Designs bounce back and forth, feedback arrives in fragments, and a two-week project quietly stretches into six.
That didn't happen here, and the structure work is the honest reason why. Once the architecture and the brand system were clear, design and build decisions had far fewer ways to go wrong. Pages weren't being invented from a blank screen. They were being filled into a system everyone had already understood.
RMAS approved every deliverable on the first pass, a 100% first-pass approval rate across the project. The site went live on day 14, one day ahead of the 15-day deadline.
Page count held. Responsiveness held. Nothing was quietly dropped to hit the date, and RMAS now has a website it can send to any enterprise prospect without a second thought. Isn't that the real test of a consulting site?
If you run a consultancy and your website is overdue in 2026, here's what we'd tell you before you brief anyone.
The RMAS project proved something we see again and again at BloomX: A tight deadline isn't what ruins an enterprise website. Unclear structure is. Get the architecture right and build the brand in the same room. Then 14 days becomes a realistic timeline for a 15+ page consulting site that clears approval the first time.
If your firm's website is holding back its credibility, we'd be glad to look at it with you.
